Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to technical inquiries from end-users, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Manage warranty cases efficiently to resolve customer issues with minimal inconvenience.
- Effectively utilize the ticketing system to prioritize and address critical issues based on urgency.
- Engage proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide technical assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
