• Handle daily purchasing operations and sourcing activities
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
• Follow up on material delivery and ensure timely arrival
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure cost competitiveness
• Assist in resolving supply and quality issues

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement
• Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
