Totsphere Therapy Centre is a specialised therapy and early intervention centre providing professional support for children with special needs. We focus on enhancing children’s development, independence, and quality of life through structured, child-centred therapy programmes.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering therapy services to children with special educational needs in both individual and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions based on children’s developmental and educational needs
• Plan and implement therapy programs according to assessment outcomes
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and parents based on therapy goals
• Prepare session notes, progress reports, and required documentation
• Conduct Early Intervention Programme (EIP) classes
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure effective therapy delivery

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Passionate about working with children with special needs
• Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently and adapt to new challenges
• Cheerful and friendly personality is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,300 – RM4000 per month
