Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects under our Infor M3 practice. The ideal candidate will drive project delivery excellence, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful deployment of ERP solutions that meet client business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery & Execution
- Manage full-cycle ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee system configuration, customisation, and integration based on client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and communicate impact on scope, timeline, and cost.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain formal acceptance of project deliverables.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams (consultants, technical team, support team).
- Ensure team members have sufficient resources and guidance to perform effectively.
- Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide guidance on ERP best practices and implementation approach.
4. Risk, Governance & Quality
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure ERP solutions align with both technical and business requirements.
- Maintain quality standards throughout implementation lifecycle
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation (project plans, reports, post-implementation reviews.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management.
- Capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvements.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency.
- Keep updated with ERP trends, Infor M3 developments, and industry practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ERP project management
- Proven experience managing ERP, or large-scale system implementation projects
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industries
- Experience in system integration, data migration, or automation projects

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
