Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with existing and new customers, including contractors, fabricators, developers, and consultants.
• Follow up and pursue new business opportunities from project leads and tender opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure positive service experiences.
• Coordinate and ensure accuracy in order processing, documentation, and paperwork throughout the sales process.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, handling calls, managing correspondence, and checking stock availability.
• Monitor and track customer orders and provide timely updates on order status.
• Provide consistent post-sales support to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work closely with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the line manager in preparing sales reports and related documentation.
• Be willing to travel for outstation assignments when required.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred to support business operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of structural steel products and specifications is an advantage.
• Understanding of construction projects, project management, and coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
