Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchasing activities and prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
- Liaise with suppliers on quotations, orders, and deliveries
- Verify invoices, delivery orders, and billing documents
- Prepare customer invoices and ensure accurate billing records
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Monitor stock and assist with inventory records
- Support administrative and accounting tasks when required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Able to communicate well and work independently
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
