• Introduce new motorcycle models and explain product features, specifications, and benefits to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Promote ongoing sales campaigns, promotional programs, and seasonal offers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend to customers visiting the showroom or contacting via phone/email.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, from inquiry to order confirmation.
• Handle customer Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely conversion into Sales Orders (SO).
• Coordinate with the sales admin and warehouse teams to confirm stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Provide regular updates to customers on order status and expected delivery timelines.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests and ensure all relevant documentation is correctly filed, including sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Support other sales person in handling high-volume customer flow or during busy periods.
• Perform any additional administrative or sales-related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or superior.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above.
• Must possess sales experience.
• Must be results orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Must possess valid driving license.
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Aggressive and self-motivated.
• Experience / knowledgeable in motorcycle / automotive industry will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (will be an advantage), both written and spoken.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
