- Create engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Pitch, script, shoot, and edit video content aligned with current trends and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with content strategist and department’s head to align with brand campaigns and messaging.
- Manage timely uploading and publishing of content according to the content calendar.
- Organize and maintain an accessible library of raw footage, edited videos, and creative assets for future use.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright, advertising standards, and platform community guidelines.
- Engage with viewers through comments and direct messages
- Monitor audience sentiment and feedback for continuous content enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce engaging, on-brand content.
- Stay on top of trending audio, memes, formats, and challenges across platforms
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content gaps and opportunities.
- Appear on-camera for contents.
- Coordinate talent for video shoots.
- Adapt content based on analytics, feedback, and audience engagement.
- Ensure consistent visual style, tone, and storytelling across all content.
- Maintain brand voice while adapting to TikTok’s native tone and storytelling formats.
- Help brainstorm and test new content types and creative directions
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Do any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
