Role Overview: Super Rinse Industry Sdn Bhd is offering an exciting internship opportunity for enthusiastic individuals interested in pursuing a career in Information Technology (IT). As an IT Intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations, including system administration, technical support, and software development. This internship provides a valuable learning opportunity to develop practical skills and insights into the field of IT.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support system administrators in maintaining and configuring IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems.
• Help develop and implement IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams on special projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Assist in documenting IT procedures, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of IT technologies and practices.
• Provide assistance with IT-related administrative tasks, such as inventory management and license tracking.

Role Requirements:

• Strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with software development languages or scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
