Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern from Information Systems or Computer Science background to support our initiatives in data management and process digitalization. The intern will assist in developing digital tools, organizing documentation, and centralizing data to improve workflow efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Google Forms, Excel dashboards, and online check sheets for data collection and reporting.
• Assist in data centralization by organizing and standardizing data formats.
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation systems, templates, and guides.
• Conduct basic data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, HR, QA) to gather requirements and provide digital solutions.
• Assist in system testing, training, and user guide preparation for digital tools implemented.
• Ensure version control and proper documentation updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of data management, cloud storage, or databases is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Interest in digitalization and process improvement in industrial/manufacturing settings.
