Job Description:

· Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify market trends to support business growth and new product opportunities.

· Plan and execute marketing strategies, product promotion activities, and brand awareness initiatives.

· Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, forums, and marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.

· Collaborate with the sales team on marketing strategies, sales plans, and customer engagement activities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

· Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team, including training and performance evaluation.

· Monitor marketing activities and propose improvements to systems, processes, and strategies.

· Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

· Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing,

· At least 5 years industry related work experience, at least 2 years related management experience

· System thinking ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability, negotiation ability, interpersonal communication ability

· Teamwork, sharp, proactive, honest, confidential, and able to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
