Graduate Trainee Program (Civil Engineering)
Intake: June 2026

Are you a fresh graduate ready to take on real-world engineering challenges? Join our Graduate Trainee Program and gain hands-on experience in managing slope projects under the guidance of experienced industry professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing slope-related projects
• Support Senior Engineers and Coordinators on assigned tasks
• Liaise with consultants, technical agencies, and local authorities
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with design and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, construction teams, and subcontractors

Program Duration: 9 Months

• 1 week of Soft Skills Training
• 8 months and 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training
