Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell the company’s advanced Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) solutions, designed to elevate production environments to Industry 4.0 (IR4.0) standards.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients in manufacturing and production industries, presenting the benefits of IR4.0 technologies for operational efficiency.
- Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations on proprietary solutions, including GENiE for data analytics, SAM for digital asset management, SMITH for automated production planning, and SCOTS for cybersecurity management.
- Technical Consultation & Solution Customization:
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique production challenges, providing insights into how the company’s IR4.0 solutions can address their needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design custom solutions when required, ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical feasibility.
- Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting and optimizing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term value.
- Market Research & Strategic Planning:
- Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Industrial Control Systems and IR4.0 solutions.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the product development and marketing teams to enhance the company’s offerings and market positioning.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client companies, acting as a trusted advisor for their ICS and OT needs.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure solution effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further upgrades or additional solutions.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Educate clients on the benefits of IR4.0 transformations, including operational insights from GENiE, maintenance benefits from SAM, productivity gains from SMITH, and security enhancements from SCOTS.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to maximize the adoption and effective use of company solutions.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Track and document sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, project status, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles in ICS, OT, or related industries, with a strong focus on IR4.0 technologies and automation solutions.
- Proven experience working with Industrial Control Systems or Operational Technology in a production or manufacturing setting is essential.
- Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of IR4.0 concepts, data analytics, asset management, production planning, and cybersecurity in manufacturing environments.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and support technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Additional Knowledge:
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms, maintenance management systems, automated production planning tools, and cybersecurity protocols in industrial settings.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is an advantage.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
