Position : IT Helpdesk (System Administrator)
Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,400 + Allowances
Location : PJ Trade Centre, Damansara
Working Hours : 9am – 6pm (Mon – Fri) **Follow Singapore working calander
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk professional to provide first-line technical support. The role involves handling day-to-day IT issues, ensuring smooth system operations, and delivering timely and effective support to end users across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Log, track, and update support tickets with accurate documentation
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams while ensuring follow-up
- Manage user account setup, device configuration, and software installation
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes
- Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and company procedures
- Provide basic user guidance and end-user support for IT tools
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
