Responsible for administrative tasks, performing data entry, screen incoming phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, preparing documentations, arranging interviews.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts is an added advantage.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle filing, data entry & documentation accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Comfortable interacting with staff and external parties.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiar with email etiquette and basic digital tools.
- Basic understanding of Recruitment process.
- Responsible, trustworthy & able to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive working attitude.
- Eager to learn and take initiative.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
- Preferred living in Johor.
- Possess own transport.
- Malaysian Citizenship only.
