Job scope
- Call & arrange for customer's appointment.
- Support Service Advisor/Service Manager in handling customers.
- Manage and preparing daily reports to local office and HQ.
- Handle car insurance claims and renewal.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/superior.

Job requirements
- Candidate with relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Good command in written and spoken of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Able to work at Seberang Jaya, Perai.
- Possess own transport.
-Able to work for 5.5days
