Position: Logistics Assistant

Industry: Medical technology & healthcare

Location: Oasis Square, No. 2, Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0800 to 1700)

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PEROL

Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,200 (based on experience & skills) + Statutory Contributions + Leave Entitlement + Medical Coverage

What You’ll Do

• Support warehouse & delivery operations with 3PL & LLP partners
• Monitor inbound & outbound logistics to ensure smooth flow
• Analyze logistics costs & propose improvement ideas
• Coordinate between factories, distribution centers & freight providers
• Handle delivery inquiries & resolve issues efficiently
• Prepare performance reports for operational review meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety & sustainability guidelines
• Participate in logistics improvement projects & ERP implementation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
• 3–4 years relevant experience in logistics
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
