Job Description

The intern will be involved in marketing and creative functions, with a strong focus on visual content production:

A. Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Conceptualise and create engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos of café menu items, workshops, events, and ambience

• Handle camera equipment confidently (DSLR / mirrorless / mobile)

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) and visual content

• Ensure strong visual storytelling, framing, and lighting

B. Branding & Campaign Support

• Assist in developing branding materials for seasonal promotions (e.g. Christmas, CNY, Mid-Year campaigns)

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns

• Prepare copywriting for social media captions and promotional materials

• Ensure branding consistency across all platforms

C. Marketing Operations

• Conduct simple market research on competitors and trends

• Support café events, workshops, and customer engagement activities

D. Administrative Support

• Organise photo/video assets

• Prepare weekly performance reports (engagement, reach, follower growth)

• Track marketing activities and outcomes
