Job Description

Job Overview:

You will be involved in the handling existing customers, order fulfillment and logistics. This role requires someone who is hands-on, flexible, and eager to contribute to different aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support e-commerce operations, including order fulfilment and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders and resolve issues promptly.
• Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed in a growing and dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
