Bartender / Barista – Conti’

Location: Kuala LumpurSalary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 per monthJob Type: Full-timeWorking Schedule: 6 days per week

About Conti’

Conti’ is a modern coffee & cocktail bar serving quality coffee during the day and creative cocktails at night. We are looking for a passionate and energetic team member who enjoys both coffee-making and bartending.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other café beverages during morning and daytime operations
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages during evening service
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and coffee station
• Handle opening and closing duties
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Ensure drinks are prepared consistently according to recipes and standards

Requirements

• Experience in bartending, café/barista work, or hospitality is preferred
• Basic coffee-making skills or willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused
