An Extrusion Technician is responsible for operating, setting up, maintaining, and monitoring extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machines and related production equipment.
• Set up machine parameters according to production requirements.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, speed, and material flow during operation.
• Perform machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Record production data, downtime, and material usage.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company regulations.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
• Minimize material waste and improve machine performance.

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of extrusion processes and machinery.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production specifications and technical instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
