HeyJom is a fast-growing sports & fitness event platform powering:

• Event registrations
• Race timing
• Entry Pack Collection (EPC)
• Event photo marketplaces
• White-label event platforms

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with a minimum of 5 years experience to help scale our platform for high-concurrency launches, payment systems, and large-scale event operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead backend architecture and scalability
• Improve platform reliability and performance
• Mentor and lead developers
• Strengthen engineering processes and deployment practices
• Work closely with product and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in:

• Laravel / PHP
• MySQL
• Redis & queues
• AWS
• API architecture
• High concurrency systems
• Scalability & performance optimisation

Bonus:

• Next.js / React
• Payment systems
• DevOps / CI-CD
• Marketplace or ticketing platforms
