• Act as the primary point of contact for shipment activities at the customer site.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor and update shipment status, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales team, operations, customer service, transport) to resolve issues and improve service levels.
• Support customer requests and provide timely updates on shipment matters.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
