Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and mise en place according to kitchen standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all times
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing wastage
- Work closely with the kitchen team during service periods
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared and available for smooth operations
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Follow recipes, SOPs, and plating guidelines
Requirements
For Commis Chef
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- Positive attitude and team player
For Demi Chef
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Ability to manage a section independently during service
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Leadership qualities and ability to guide junior team members is a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
