• To monitor and oversee the overall Security and Safety of the physical premise and staff of Sajian Ambang
• To oversee, monitor and ensure control that all External and Internal Parties to the facilities are in accordance with, and compliance with the companies and client's SOP's
• To ensure that only authorized personnel are granted access to restricted / controlled areas
• To deal with any all Security & Safety matters that may arise
• Responsible to ensure all electronic devises are well maintained and working in good condition
• To develop security operation, programs, systems, and protocol
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements and maintain workplace safety standards throughout the company premises.
• Conduct investigations on workplace incidents, accidents, security breaches, and other related matters, including preparing detailed investigation reports and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage the company’s CCTV surveillance system, face recognition system, and door access control system to ensure the security of company assets, employees, and visitors.
• Perform risk assessments to identify workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions to minimize safety and security risks.
• Monitor and ensure all fire safety systems, equipment, and emergency response tools are properly maintained and functioning effectively at all times.
• Carry out routine facility inspections to identify unsafe conditions, security weaknesses, maintenance issues, and non-compliance with company policies or regulations.
• Develop, coordinate, and support emergency preparedness and response procedures, including emergency drills, evacuation exercises, and crisis management activities.
• Conduct random security spot checks on employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, and company property in accordance with company policies and security procedures.
• Deliver safety briefings, security awareness programs, and related training to employees, contractors, and visitors when required.
• Perform regular security patrols across the factory and surrounding premises to ensure overall safety, security, and operational control.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, daily security reports, occurrence reports, and other relevant documentation related to safety and security operations.
• Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and authorities such as Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia (JBPM), Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM), and Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) on matters related to safety, security, inspections, investigations, compliance, and emergency situations.

Requirement:

• Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma or Equivalent in Security or Law enforcement training/certification preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in food safety, food defense, and security compliance will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, emergency response procedures, and workplace safety practices is preferred.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience
• Proficiency with security equipment, surveillance system, and software
• Medically and physically fit to work
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Good observation & problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
