A Game Marshal is responsible for managing game sessions, assisting players, and ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, smooth, and exciting gaming experience. The role includes explaining game rules, monitoring gameplay, handling equipment, and creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests.

As a Game Marshal at Bomb Battle, you will play a key role in delivering an exciting, safe, and unforgettable experience for every player. You’ll guide participants throughout the game journey, manage game operations, and create a fun and energetic atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and performing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGame Operations & General Support

• Conduct game briefings and explain rules, objectives, and safety procedures to players.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain game systems, equipment, and props during sessions.
• Ensure games run smoothly and efficiently, including resetting rooms and preparing for the next group.
• Provide support for daily operational and ad-hoc tasks when required.

Customer Experience

• Create a welcoming and energetic environment for all players.
• Interact with guests actively and provide assistance throughout gameplay.
• Manage player flow and help resolve basic customer concerns or on-site issues professionally.

Safety & Maintenance

• Ensure all players follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunction, damages, or incidents promptly to management.
• Support basic housekeeping and upkeep of game areas to maintain cleanliness and readiness.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident in communicating with groups of people.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak operating hours.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing or moving for extended periods.
• Responsible team player with a positive working attitude.
• Interest in games, entertainment, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
