Job Summary:

Sales Engineer drives sales and marketing, prepares forecasts, develops proposals, meets targets, and ensures client engagement and technical support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and marketing activities for Data Center, transport, and FTTx test measurement solutions.
• Oversee sales and marketing initiatives for indoor/outdoor fiber cable solutions.
• Implement effective territory sales and coverage plans to achieve conversion and sales objectives.
• Educate customers on the companys products, equipment features, and benefits.
• Prepare sales forecasts, detailed quotations, and negotiate pricing.
• Schedule periodic visits to customers and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Deliver effective sales presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our product range.
• Develop and maintain robust after-sales support and goodwill with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Photonics) or Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of core/access network architecture and various network technologies (Datacenter Interconnector/DWDM/FTTx/4G/5G) and their evolution.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Possess own car transport and willingness to travel outstation.
• Preferably 2-3 years of relevant telecommunications or ICT background.

Remuneration
Up to RM7,000 + commissions + other allowances
