CNC Production Engineer is responsible for the entire CNC production process, from programming and setup to troubleshooting and optimization, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities

- CNC Programming: They create and modify CNC programs for various machining operations, translating technical drawings into machine instructions.

- Machine Setup and Commissioning: They set up and commission CNC mills, lathes, and other machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly.

- Process Optimization: They analyse and optimize the CNC production process to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

- Troubleshooting: They diagnose and resolve machine issues and production problems, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Quality Control: They implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure parts meet specifications.

- Documentation: They maintain accurate records of production processes and machine settings.

- Collaboration: They work closely with other engineers, machinists, and production staff to ensure smooth and efficient production.

- Safety: They prioritize and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field. (preferably Mechanical Eng.)

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.

- Required Skill(s): CNC machining skill (G-code, tooling, maintenance, etc..), GD&T knowledge (Able to read simple drawings, perform measuring, etc); Lean Manufacturing Principle; ISO knowledge is an advantage
