Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions for the group. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience, strong knowledge in full set accounts, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This role requires a responsible, proactive, and reliable finance professional who can ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

Full Set Accounting

• Manage and handle full set accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end closing).
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cashflow reports, and management reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing for both companies.
• Monitor cashflow, aging reports, expenses, and cost allocations.
• Review and verify all accounting entries, invoices, claims, and payment vouchers.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary.
• Ensure compliance with SST, tax submissions, statutory requirements,
• Prepare necessary tax documents and ensure timely submission.

Payroll & HR-Related Accounting

• Handle payroll processing, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), staff claims.
• Maintain accurate staff records for accounting purposes.

System & Administrative

• Manage accounting system (SQL).
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and digital record-keeping.
• Support management in financial planning and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in accounting (full set accounts).
• Experience managing accounts for multiple entities is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (SQL/Autocount/others).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and financial accuracy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
