Company Overview:

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning
• Prepare purchase orders and manage contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Build strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships
• Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis for management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement experience in the manufacturing settings
• Strong knowledge of raw materials and supply markets in both local and international markets
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong analytical and cost-management abilities
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel locally and internationally to meet with suppliers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
