IFA Bhd provides both short to medium term refinancing solutions for real estate properties. We support financing for various business sectors based in Malaysia, leveraging on the mature legal and lucrative real estate environment that the country has to offer.

Through our solutions, we aim to be the preferred alternative financing partner for both the SME and individual customers in Malaysia.

Salary Range

RM 3,500 to 6,000

Role Description

  • Handle rental & property agreements and collections.
  • Liaise with properties to follow up on pending approval cases, rentals and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain organized records of agreements, quotations, legal, and other related documents.
  • Collaborate with the insurance team to improve administrative processes and workflows.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and support functions as required by management.
  • Prepare and submit loan/grant applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with loan/grant guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and supporting documents
  • Maintain a database of grant opportunities and track the progress of submitted applications.
  • Coordinate and organize events, including venue selection, logistics, and coordination with vendors and volunteers.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
