We are looking for a QA Tester with strong experience in business analysis, requirement validation, and end-to-end testing activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, strong exposure to system design concepts, and a good understanding of AI in the testing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyse requirements.
• Review functional and technical documents to ensure clarity and testability.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
• Tools: MS Word, Confluence, Jira, Visio / *************

2. System Understanding & Design Exposure

• Understand application architecture, including database schemas and API interfaces.
• Participate in solution discussions to ensure test coverage across systems.
• Support test planning based on system design and workflows.

Skills / Tools:

• Architecture understanding (DB schemas, APIs)
• Visio / ************* / Mind-mapping tools
• Basic exposure to MySQL / Snowflake

3. Test Automation & AI in Testing

• Hands-on experience in test automation implementation.
• Experience using TestSigma or similar automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Strong understanding of AI-driven testing concepts and tools.

4. End-to-End Testing Experience (FST / SIT / UAT / Hypercare)

• Involved in full testing lifecycle across:
• Functional System Testing (FST)
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Hypercare / post-deployment support

Core Skills:

• Test planning and test strategy creation
• Test case design and execution
• Defect reporting and root cause analysis
• Understanding of STLC and Agile testing processes
• API testing and UI testing concepts

5. Required Hands-On Experience

• Strong QA / Testing background
• Understanding of application workflows
• Experience working with test environments and test data setups

Tools:

• Test Management: Jira, qTest
• Test Automation: Selenium / TestSigma / Cypress
• API Testing: Bruno / SoapUI
• Performance Testing: JMeter / LoadRunner
• Defect Tracking: Jira, qTest

6. Performance Testing (PST)

• Understanding of performance testing concepts:
• Load testing
• Stress testing
• Endurance testing
• Spike testing
• Scalability testing
• Basic scripting exposure (e.g., VuGen)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cyberjaya
