- Support in tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records in both physical stock and database systems.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and inventory checks as assigned by the Inventory Executive.
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in stock counts or records.Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization position.
- Help with stock movement monitoring within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of inventory.
- Assist in organizing stock based on FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and ensure stock is rotated regularly.
- Support in monitoring stock levels and assist in raising purchase requisitions for replenishment.
- Help track inventory shortages and provide support in maintaining optimum stock levels.
- Enter and update inventory data in the ERP system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in generating regular inventory reports for management, such as stock levels, discrepancies, and inventory turnover.
- Aid in tracking incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring that all goods are properly recorded and checked.
- Assist in organizing and documenting deliveries and receipts of goods.
- Support in maintaining and updating records for finished goods and materials inventory.
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of physical stock against system records.
- Assist in analyzing historical data and trends to help forecast future inventory needs.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in inventory processes and support efforts to optimize inventory management practices.
- Support in gathering data for inventory demand planning and monitoring usage patterns.
- Provide general administrative support to the Inventory Executive, including preparing inventory reports, updating databases, and organizing inventory-related records.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Complying to the safety & health standard and policy of the company.
- Assist in other task or ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate Superior from time to time.
- Manage day-to-day operations & assignments on a timely manner to avoid disruption to the organization’s operations.
