• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standard and regulatory requirements.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Revenue Recognition, journals, accounting schedules and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Draft and review subsidiaries’ financial statements.
• Monitor banking facilities and liaison with bankers on bank facilities matters.
• To liaise with all stakeholders such as related companies, bankers, auditors, tax agents, panel lawyers, relevant authorities etc on all accounting and legal matters.
• To liaise with internal departments for progress billing on all on-going property projects as well as follow up on all property related matters.
• To assist in the implementation of strategies to optimize working capital and ensure sufficient cash flow to support operations.
• To assist in the management of treasury functions, daily cashflow, working capital and cash flow budget.
• To assist in preparation of Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Management Committees and any other Sub-Committees Meeting Papers and Annual Report.
• To assist in annual revision of control procedures and implement new control procedures from time to time.
• Attend and prepare other ad hoc matters or reports assigned by the management.

Requirements

• A recognized degree in Finance or Accountancy/ACCA/CIMA/ MIA/MICPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in day-to-day operational Finance capacity.
• Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven with high level of integrity.
• Experience in SQL and construction sectors are added advantages.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
