岗位职责

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Processing invoices within credit terms, verifying claims, perform supplier reconciliation, managing reimbursements, and ensuring accurate month-end closing in line with company policies.
  • Responsible in handling full set of accounts and daily operation works of Finance Department.
  • To ensure the financial statements, AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, journal and supporting schedules are performed in an effective and efficient manner and adhere to accounting standard.
  • To prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO and EIS and PCB)
  • Perform daily sales taking, collection and reconciliation.
  • Assist in stock take monthly and cash counting daily basis.
  • To manage proper filing and documentation works, ensure all other accounting records are update at all time and database are file accordingly.
  • Liaise and work with internal & external parties like auditors, tax consultant, company secretary, bankers, suppliers & etc.
  • Responsible, willing to learn and able to maintain confidentially at all time.Perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a practice accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficient in SQL, SAGE PAYROLL software systems will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to handle work pressure and meet deadlines, proactive, resourceful, reliable, strong analytical skills, high commitment, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good commands of English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Good skills in accounting system, Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
