We are seeking a precise and analytical Finance Intern to join our operations. This internship is designed to give students a comprehensive look into the world of corporate fiscal management, data integrity, and internal reporting. Working closely with our finance team, you will contribute to the accuracy of our records and gain exposure to how financial data is used to steer business strategy and maintain regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting Assistance: Support the production and filing of month-end financial overviews and necessary compliance paperwork.

Forecasting Support: Assist in gathering and cleaning historical data to enhance the precision of our budget models and revenue forecasts.

Transactional Operations: Take charge of daily ledger updates, processing payables/receivables, and performing regular bank account verifications.

Market & Fiscal Research: Carry out targeted financial research to help build informative presentations for the executive management team.

Audit & Compliance: Facilitate the internal verification process to ensure all financial activities align with company policy and governance.

Closing Cycle Support: Provide dedicated assistance during high-volume periods, specifically the monthly and annual book-closing processes.

General Departmental Support: Handle various administrative tasks and contribute to special financial projects as the department evolves.

Job Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.

High aptitude for mental arithmetic and structured logical thinking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with data organization and common analytical functions); familiarity with modern accounting software is a plus.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong professional communication skills.

Capacity to work independently on assigned tasks while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
