Assist in handling a portfolio of clients and support their accounting and tax compliance needs under the guidance of senior team members
Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and maintain proper accounting records using accounting software
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as other management reports
Assist in preparing SST reports and support timely SST submissions for clients
Check and organise clients’ accounting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
Support the team in administrative and accounting-related tasks
Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documents and information
Learn and apply accounting, tax, and business knowledge through on-the-job training and guidance
Work closely with senior team members to improve processes and maintain quality of work
