Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Email Management: Managing busy schedules, prioritizing meetings, and managing inbox communication.
- Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for complex itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Creating reports, presentations, memos, and taking meeting minutes etc.
- Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between executives etc
- Project Support: Assisting with, or taking ownership of, special projects and administrative tasks etc.
- Office Administration: Maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies.
- Any other adhoc assignment will be given when requires
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, often supporting senior-level management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism, proactivity, and the ability to work under fast paced environment.
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration) is often preferred or proven working experience will be considered.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,113.00 per month
