Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by organizing, maintaining, and properly managing records, files, and documentation
- Develop and maintain compliance checklists to ensure all statutory and operational requirements are met
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966 (Act 118) and its related regulations
- Ensure compliance with the Strata Management Act 2013 and the Companies Act 2016
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of Annual General Meetings (AGM) and Emergency General Meetings (EGM) for Management Corporation (MC) and/or Joint Management Body (JMB)
- Coordinate and facilitate matters related to the transition from Joint Management Body (JMB) to Management Corporation (MC)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, authorities, and consultants on strata-related matters
- Manage documentation and correspondence for new sales and sub-sales transactions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Law, Building Management, or related disciplines
- Legal qualifications or legal exposure will be an added advantage
- Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience in strata management, property management, or similar fields
- Basic knowledge of strata laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
