About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd as a Supervisor in our Lahad Datu, Sabah location. As Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our retail department, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This is a full-time role based in our Lahad Datu branch.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and coordinating the work of retail associates to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints and returns effectively
• Implementing and monitoring sales and operational procedures to drive efficiency and profitability
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management
• Participating in performance reviews and providing feedback to retail associates
• Ensuring the retail space is well-maintained, organised and presentable at all times

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using retail management software and inventory tracking systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Team leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop retail associates
