Account Executive (F&B Industry)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our team. If you enjoy working with numbers and keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle daily accounting tasks (AP, AR, data entry)
• Prepare invoices, payments, and basic reports
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties (auditors, bankers, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting software & Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, detail-minded, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
