- Coordinate daily meal arrangements for office and site employees.
- Ensure pantry food, beverages, and office necessities are adequately stocked at all times.
- Manage office and warehouse consumables, including stationery, cleaning supplies, and hygiene items.
- Coordinate facility-related services such as pest control, waste disposal, fogging, and fire protection servicing.
- Raise payment requests for routine servicing, maintenance contracts, tenancy matters, and operational expenses.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and arrange renewals for routine services and tenancy agreements.
- Maintain records and safekeeping of company assets such as laptops, access cards, and office equipment.
- Assist in filing, document management, and administrative record maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, service providers, and company secretary when required.
- Assist in staff welfare and office coordination matters.
- Provide general administrative and backend support to departments.
- Promote proper housekeeping and office organization.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
