Assist in providing first-level technical support (such as account setup, password resets, access requests etc.) and create log, track and follow up on helpdesk tickets.
Assist and support in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, scanners, handheld devices and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Support data entry, validation, simple report generation and maintain IT asset inventory and labelling.
Prepare simple user guides, SOPs and troubleshooting notes and provide suggestions to improve IT processes and user experience.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and networking fundamentals.
Willingness to learn, proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Good communication, interpersonal skills and able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
