Job Description: Personal Driver1. Driving & Transportation

• Safely drive the employer or company executives to and from appointments, meetings, and events.
• Ensure punctuality and efficient route planning.
• Maintain a smooth and comfortable driving experience at all times.

2. Vehicle Maintenance

• Perform daily checks on the vehicle (oil, tires, brakes, fuel, and fluids).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, and refueling when needed.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all traffic rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Ensure the safety of passengers and secure transportation of any sensitive items.

4. Schedule & Route Management

• Plan routes to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival.
• Assist with planning appointments or errands if required.
• Be flexible with schedule changes or last-minute trips.

5. Assistance & Errands

• Assist employer with small errands (banking, documents, deliveries) if needed.
• Occasionally accompany employer for official or personal activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

6. Record-Keeping

• Keep logs of mileage, fuel, and maintenance schedules.
• Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents promptly.

7. Professionalism & Conduct

• Exhibit polite, professional, and respectful behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and business matters.
• Be punctual, reliable, and proactive in assisting the employer.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
