We are seeking for Account Manager (or Estate Accountant) who responsible for the financial, administrative, and payroll operations of palm oil plantation, ensuring accurate cost control, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estate Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Payroll Processing: Review payroll for plantation workers, contractors, and staff, including computing bonuses, deductions, and overtime.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and identifying/analyzing variances to ensure cost efficiency in the estate.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain records of daily Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production and fertilizer usage.
- Administrative Management: Support operational staff by ensuring compliance with company policies and managing external vendors.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of working experience, preferably in the plantation sector or agriculture industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Languages: Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Location: Willingness to visit in an estate environment
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
