· Receive and review customer orders from Customer Service team

· Analyze order specifications including board type, size, and product dimensions

· Determine material requirements based on design and product structure

· Calculate board usage and optimize cutting size to minimize material waste

· Plan and arrange fitting components (e.g., hinges, brackets, screws) according to product requirements

· Identify and list all additional materials needed (e.g., laminates, accessories, hardware)

· Coordinate with Production team to ensure accurate execution of material planning

· Work closely with Purchasing team to ensure all required materials are available on time

· Update and maintain planning data in system or Excel records

Requirement

· Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Degree in mathematical or manufacturing/engineering field.

· 2 to 3 years of working experience in material planning /manufacturing/production operation (preferably in wood base industry) : Fresh graduate will consider.

· Good planning skills in production, capacity and resources.

· Analytical & meticulous with good planning & organizational skills

· Must be independent and self-motivated

· Experience in furniture industry or warehousing will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
