Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including employee records, coordination tasks, and general office support. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and employee records.
- Maintain and update employee databases, files, and HR systems.
- Assist in drafting HR documents, letters, and internal communications.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and company events.
- Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must Have:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to commit to internship for at least 3 months.
Good to Have:
- Interest in HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Pay: RM800.00 per month
