岗位职责
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and energetic Operations Admin to manage the daily operations of our tuition centre, including online classes, physical classes, and student transit services.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage student registration and maintain updated student records.
Handle and monitor online tuition operations to ensure smooth classes
Manage physical tuition classes and ensure daily operations run smoothly
Supervise and coordinate student transit services
Respond to parents’ enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages
Arrange and manage class schedules for teachers and students
Monitor student attendance for tuition classes and transit services
Assist in fee collection and maintain payment records
Coordinate with teachers regarding classes, schedules, and student matters
Ensure overall smooth daily operations of the tuition centre
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry
Assist in follow-up enquiries and customer service support
Support management in daily operational and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in handling technical equipment (e.g. setting up projector, sound system, basic IT equipment)
Cheerful, positive, and well-mannered personality
Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn
Basic or good skills in video editing is an added advantage
Experience in admin, customer service, tuition centre, or related field is a bonus
Working Hours :
Monday – Friday
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (Break Time)
6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Saturday
8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (Break Time)
1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
