Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing operational strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Managing and supervising staff members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver quality services.
- Monitoring and analysing operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with other stakeholders to ensure the organization has the resources needed to operate effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Leading projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and systems.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Working Experiences
- Minimum 8 years working experience.
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of an organization, including budget management, staff supervision, process improvement, and project management.
- Should have a strong understanding of operational processes and systems, and be able to effectively identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency.
Academic requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration/ operations management
Skill & Knowledge
- The ability to manage and supervise staff members, provide direction and guidance, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff members, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.
- The ability to lead projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and systems, and deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets.
- The ability to monitor and analyse operational performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
- The ability to identify and resolve complex operational problems using critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that all operational processes and procedures are executed flawlessly.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage operational data and track performance metrics.
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,125.16 - RM5,052.87 per month
