Location : Outlet Vcare Pharmacy HQ,
No 18 & 20 Jalan Pegaga C U12/C, Seksyen U12, Desa Alam

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily outlet operations including sales, customer service, and merchandising
• Handle cashier duties and POS system transactions
• Ensure store cleanliness, product display, and stock arrangement are well maintained
• Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products
• Manage online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website) including product listings and updates
• Process online orders, coordinate packing, and arrange deliveries
• Monitor stock synchronization between retail and online channels
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email in a timely manner
• Assist in other operational duties

Job Requirement:

• 20 years old and above
• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification
• Basic computer skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, courteous and self motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
